You are getting this error because either you still have Microsoft Defender enabled or your antivirus program is stopping the install of the unsigned driver in 64bit windows.
I then tried daemon tools to see if this would work and CloneCD detects the virtual drives ok I don't want to use daemon tools though. After using MagicISO, some settings or registry files may get changed and corrupt the software.
